Shop Manager
Mr. Pudding
Our beloved shop manager, Mr. Pudding, is a 4-year-old Border Collie with boundless energy and curiosity. He takes his role of greeting guests very seriously and is always the first to welcome you through the door. Friendly, alert, and endlessly sociable, he ensures every visit starts with a smile.
Chief Happiness Officer
Mr. 250
Mr. 250, our 5-year-old Ragdoll, is known as our lucky cat. You’ll often find him perched in the window display, quietly observing the world — or perhaps inviting you into a gentle game of hide-and-seek. Keep an eye out when you visit and see if you can spot him.
Stylist (Cat Specialist)
Jacko
With over 25 years of experience as a professional hair stylist, Jacko brings exceptional precision and artistry to pet grooming. Specialising in cats, he is renowned for his expert hand scissoring and clipping techniques — craftsmanship that is truly hard to match.
Outside the salon, Jacko has a passion for Japanese car modification and founded the K.JDM Club in 2019. If you’re into driving or track days, he’s always happy to chat.
Stylist
Kathy
Kathy has a natural talent for creative re-styling and is particularly skilled in Asian Fusion grooming styles. Full of ideas and always exploring new looks, she brings a fresh and stylish approach to every groom.
Beyond grooming, Kathy is a collector of jewellery and watches, with a love for vibrant, colourful sapphire stones — a reflection of her eye for beauty and detail.
Junior Stylist Assistant
Lacy
Lacy is passionate about dogs and has a great eye for detail. Always smiling and full of positive energy, she loves helping every dog feel comfortable and cared for during their visit.
Outside of the salon, Lacy enjoys spending time with her beloved Rottweiler, Dolly, and keeping active through sports and outdoor adventures.
Junior Stylist
Thea
Thea is gentle, patient, and deeply caring — especially with puppies and sensitive dogs. She takes the time to ensure every pet feels safe and comfortable, making her a perfect match for those who may be nervous about grooming. Her calm approach helps build trust and confidence with every visit.
